Chakras connect the mind, body and spirit, through a channel of energy that flows along the body’s meridians. This system was created and is widely used in India it is a Hindu/Buddhism belief system dating back since 1500 or earlier. Typically there are 7 seven chakras starting from above your head through the bottom of your feet, each chakra has a specific responsibility to the energy force that controls the human body’s functions they are related to colors, sound and more. The left side of the body receives energy and the right side sends energy. Let’s start from the Top or Crown Chakra.
